Food Grade

Our top specification: natural white sesame passed through gravity separation and optical colour sorting to 99.5% purity or better, with uniform colour and virtually no foreign matter — prepared for Japanese, Korean, EU and premium Middle Eastern buyers.
Processed
Dehulled Nigerian white sesame — the outer hull removed to give a pearl-white, mild-tasting seed with very low bitterness and oxalate — for bakery toppings, tahini, hummus and ready-to-eat applications where appearance and flavour matter most.

Every quotation is accompanied by a specification sheet covering purity, admixture, moisture, oil content, free fatty acid and colour, together with the food-safety limits of your market — aflatoxin, Salmonella and pesticide residues. Figures are confirmed per shipment by accredited laboratory analysis and FPIS grading and, at the buyer's request, by third-party inspection.
We prefer to agree a specification in writing before sourcing starts rather than publish generic figures. This protects both parties and ensures the cargo matches your process and clears your border.
